Carrying on a family tradition of fine cheese making, I met Tom in Mt. Dora, Florida. Tom was selling his fresh mozzarella at a local farmers market. I couldn't resist and was rewarded by one of the best fresh mozzarella I have ever tasted. Thank you Tom!
